Small remark

Post by victor50 » 2015 Mar 03, 22:07

I knew there was some way to copy the complete path of a file. Then somehow it sprang to memory: Alt-C. I checked the menu before but couldn't find it because it says "copy names". Maybe "copy path(s)" would be clearer. Furthermore I would like to be able to add it as button and/or have it in the quickmenu.

Some options:

You can use MenuHack (see xplorer2 HACK : Convert any menu item to a toolbar button !! under Especially Useful xplorer² Topics) to make a toolbar button.
Copy names code is 32786

Add it to the xplorer2 right-click context menu. Right-click on an item -> xplorer2->Organize, click icon for Add New. Copy names is on Edit menu.

If you use the ribbon, you can add it to the Quick Access Toolbar, but it doesn't have an icon. So you'll have to remember that the blank space is Copy Names.
