convinced pdf thumbnails are broken...

i even bought pdf xchange because that's what i was told would work, but it didn't and I've reinstalled windows several times and no luck. The pdf thumbnails show up in regular explorer fine, but not in xplorer. Please fix this. Thank you

They work just fine, as long as you have included the shell extensions (as part of the PDF-XChange installer).

Most importantly though, in x2 you must have Tools -> Advanced Options -> Global (tab) -> Show images during drag/drop ticked. For some reason it has become vogue for people to disable this of late.

PDF XChange Editor can also be used for Free and has a way better modern GUI!!!
PDF XChange Viewer is discontinued really, read their forums for proof.
