Dual Pane auto activation
When I switch from Single to Dual Pane mode via CTRL-O it would be nice if the newly opened pane automatically received focus so that all subsequent folder navigation took place in it. Is this currently configurable?
Re: Dual Pane auto activation
configurable, as you say, but i see how the behaviour you suggest could be annoying, for some.
with the current behaviour, if you CTRL+O, you can still navigate the current pane/folder, then ALT+ENTER *(edited shortcut)* if you would like to bring the current selected folder into view in the inactive pane.
or maybe some would just like to toggle the pane (CTRL+O) to see something. making it active would 'spoil' the workflow.
like you say, configurable.
i know nothing about scripting, but people would script a TAB after the CTRL+O.
is pressing TAB too much?
