the easiest way is to reinstall xplorer2 on the new PC. To transfer your settings, see here
finally you can use your unlock key to activate xplorer2 on your new computer

In your link to exporting settings you seem to say that storing the settings in the registry rather than ini is the best way to go. Is that correct? Why would storing in registry be better?
