Re: blog: add custom color tags in registry
This information is only for someone else who might fight with this issue I do not complain anything.
It seems that this registry editing does not work if you chosen to save xplorer2 settings to x2settings.ini.
Nothing I do at *\Software\ZabaraKatranemia Plc\xplorer2_UC.global\Tag colors have not any effect on xplorer2. Yes, it is quite understandable somewhat, I have chosen to use ini file instead of registry (for easier daily automatic backup of settings ).
So how you get custom color tags with x2settings.ini?
You have to edit x2settings.ini and convert your desired color hex BBGGRR to decimal, just for example hex 00ffff (yellow #ffff00) is in dec 65535. So:
HTH
(And sorry if this has already been discussed in some other thread/or documentation. I could not find a similar debate.)
