If I upgrade to Ultimate …

Will it install over Professional and preserve all my customizations.

After I pay the difference will my lifetime license still work.

Professional exports it customization to a REG file, so how do you back them up in Ultimate? I may be slightly confused as to what "portable" means.

Lately I have been thinking I would like a slightly faster search and for 20 bucks I figure why not.

ultimate version can also be installed like professional in the registry (recommended if you use it in your own computer) so you won't find much difference. Please send me an email if you want to extend your lifetime cover
