Revert from Ribbon UI to Normal Menu

Is there a way to go back to the normal menu when you are in the Ribbon UI?

It's the top/left item, when you press the blue "File" tab.

Thank you for the replies. The Command Finder feature is pretty nifty... showed me how to revert back from the Normal Menu to the Ribbon UI.
