xplorer2 Pro x64 missing Beyond Compare context menu on Win 10

I have Beyond Compare 4.2.5 x64 installed on my Windows 10 system. In a Windows file explorer the BC context menu items are available. However, in my xplorer2 window there is no BC context menu. I've checked the BC forums and there is nothing specific about xplorer2. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I have other apps installed, such as Tortoise Git, and those menus work in xplorer2. Please help!

is your xplorer2 32 or 64 bit? whatever you have try the "other" version and see what happens

I don't have any problem with Beyond Compare's context menu in Xplorer2. I'm currently at v2.3.6 (64-bit) of Beyond Compare and v4.0.0.2 ULT x64 of Xplorer2.

P.S. A user command I find useful to compare files in two different panes:
>C:\Program Files (x86)\Beyond Compare\bcomp.exe "$F" "$G"
