Is it possible to make the horizontal highlight bar (dark blue) match that of Windows 10 (light blue)?

I think the other day you turned off an advanced option to disable the vertical lines. A side effect of that change is to make xplorer2 lists NOT look identical to windows explorer. There is no way to do the 2 tweaks you need separately
