There are some performance problems selecting multiple big files (video files ~700Mb) using ctrl button+mouse. I can select a few but then xplorer2 almost halts completely.

this must be down to infotips
to remove the style, just edit the registry subtracting the number 1024 (LVS_EX_INFOTIP) from whatever value you have in lvsExtendedStyle (note there are many of these keys under x2's registry key)

Worked! Actually I subtracted it from the hex value first, which gave a bit odd results. Now it is much better. I don't miss infotips, always thought they were a bit annoying.
