simple history lists like the "here" folder are cleaned though program options (look for CLEAR HISTORY button)
but that will remove all entries from all simple lists

am pressing the CLEAN HISTORY button, but the "Move to Destination folder" "Here" list container; still keeps the entries

this box also shows bookmarks and frequent folders
they can be used for easy auto-completion with F1 key

so entries cannot be totally cleaned?

not unless you disable bookmarks and frequent folders
tip: you don't need to search for folders in this (and similar) lists: type part of the path name and hit UP ARROW (once or more) to fetch matching items from the drop-down portion

how to disable frequent folders and bookmarks?

set history items to 2 (frequent out), then delete all bookmarks from the menu
