I downloaded and tried to run the new 12/22 version. When I tried to run the app, I got the following message:
xplorere2.exe is not a valid Win32 application

Have you tried re-downloading? or perhaps from the alternate source?
It worked fine for me, so I would guess that it was a bad download.

I tried downloading to a different system and from different sources. All had the same result.
But I did figure out the problem. I use TUGZip as my default zip/unzip program. Apparently, something happens to the file when TUGZip unzips the archive. When I used WinZip, all seemed to work fine.
Odd.
