Ctrl+R in tree

Post by plas » 2004 Jan 01, 23:49

If the tree has keyboard focus and Ctrl+R is pressed, then xplorer2 window is cloned.

I don't see that behaviour at all... Could you please post more details, like what OS, what version of x2, etc...?
It is my job to comfort the disturbed,

It does not happen in 100% cases, though: happens more when I move within the tree folder and then press CTRL+R.

C drive is FAT32 and D is NTFS. Could this be a factor?

It happens only with the keyboard shortcut. Refresh command from the menu is OK.

I have Windows 98 and xplorer2 0.0.0.52.

I am running Windows XP with Service Pack 1 and I see this behaviour consistenly. Always with Ctrl-R and never with refresh from menu.

I also have mixed NTFS and FAT32 partitions. It occurs in both partition types.

I'm running WinXp Pro. Checked this and doesn't occur with me

I only have NTFS partitions, but I suspect the nature of the partitions (FAT16, FAT32, NTFS) is not significant...
Dumb questions are the ones that are never asked :turn:
