Oh, yes. I wonder why I did that. All fixed now. Maybe a future release of the manual could list menu items, hidden when selecting plain menus, in the appendix.

A usability suggestion to help those who prefer simple menus would be to add a "more" indicator at the bottom of the dropdown menu, which can be clicked to show the full menu list.
this is a nice feature that sadly m$ kept for themselves and can't be added to other programs like x2 unless by a process of complete wheel reinvention ...
the good thing with the office type "more..." menu is that it learns which commands you use more and hides all the others. All i could offer as you describe is some list fixed by me and that's not what users would expect or want!
I wasn't thinking of the office-type more; rather I had in mind a show all button named more (inplying the full menu). Perhaps not very 'cool'; but definitely functional.
