The "Look in" specification is invalid (???)

Post by negg »

Hi Nikos, hi group,

I tried to search in a folder named:

"C:\temp\080723.Patch fuer beide Spiele, beseitigt SSaver-Bug"

but I always get:

The "Look in" specification is invalid

Another folder in the same parent folder is searchable fine. I guess x2 gets confused by the long filename maybe?

the problem is the comma "," in the folder name. To make it work replace the comma by two commas in a row ",,"

It's a feature. :)

The comma is used as a delimiter between items in the search field.

Comma doubling is the workaround for the case where there is comma in an item's name.
