Disable stream loss warning when copying to FAT32

What does it mean by the setting in the Xplorer2 Settings Editor?
The pdf manual does mention it.

The description says it all -- providing you already understand that FAT32 & FAT16 partitions don't support associated data streams (ADS) and realize that some files on NTFS partitions may have them (commonly some types of comments, but may be other auxiliary data).

btw - the pdf User Manual mentions it in the appendix 9 desription of registry keys even more cryptically than the description in the x2 SettingsEditor.  
(search the UM for "stream loss" and you'll see what I mean. )

this isn't coming from xplorer2. Are you using drag-drop? For more control use x2's robust copy <F5>

In case you're wondering why you're seeing a lot of these over the last few months, it's because those ADS entries (CmdTcID/CmdZnID) are being generated by Comodo Internet Security version 8 - this is a known bug (astonishingly left unfixed since before Christmas), and a rather annoying one. Switch back to Version 7 for the immediate future (unless you like having your files [including their timestamps] modified without your knowledge). Does not affect all files, mainly EXE/DLL binaries extracted from and within archives.

If you go searching for them (heh, Nikos?, what's up dude? here's looking at you kid ) you will find a great many littered around your computer, depending on how long you've allowed V8 to fester and scheme behind your back.

I don't know what's creating the actual modal though (looks like a shell-handler from FastCopy/TeraCopy or similar).
