hello

Has Xplorer2 a "Close tabs to the right of opened tab"/"Close tabs to the left of opened tab" feature?

No.
Just close them one at a time.

How about a close button placed with the tab itself?

And how about to add the options that I asked for in the context menu of the tab?

I vote against a close button on the tab--it would take up space unnecessarily.  Remember that you can close tabs by clicking on them with the middle mouse button.

Oh, guy, you should also remember that, on some laptops, there's no such a middle mouse button. If it takes up space, it should be customary designed so that, when the user hovers the tab, the close button would show up.

You can double-click on a tab to close it also.

I do not like close buttons on tabs either but it would make a good option. Most tab enabled programs allow close buttons on tabs.
