Column Name Tooltip

Post by drac »

I thought I read a Tip Of The Day that said I could hover my mouse over a column name that is truncated (for example Extension) and see the full name of the column.  However when I tried that, nothing happened.

On a related topic, it would be nice if I could move backward through the Tips of the day (I can move forward) so I can read one that recently appeared.

Don't you just love Newbies that ask a lot of questions?

the tooltip appears if the column content is truncated. It doesn't apply to the column name heading (top row)

Open the 'x2tips.rtf' file in the installation folder and you may view all 170 at the same time.

Thanks to you both.  I must have misread or misunderstood the tip.  That makes more sense, anyway.

Thanks for the info on how to see all the tips.
