Well, I'm sure it's very exciting, from an engineering viewpoint and all... But aren't those big toys pumping an awful lot of CO2 into the atmosphere? Don't you think we're already doing enough of that? People are still even racing around in sportscars, like they can't wait to heat up the planet so entire countries will be flooded and it'll be impossible to grow food to feed people, and disease will run rampant and so on.

Or maybe the whole space-exploration thing is because of that, so we can find another planet to exploit and overpopulate? That'd be worthwhile, I suppose.

Mostly water vapor from the 100,000 gallons per second pumped into the chamber to cool the walls of the test stand from the heat of the exhaust.

P.S. - The world is a BIG place.
