Windows folder that it can’t be deleted, moved, or renamend
Is there a way to protect a Windows 8 folder so that it can’t be deleted, moved, or renamed? Anything can go on inside of it, I just want the container protected.

Google-Fu suggests this will keep you amused for hours with inheritance permissions.
It does, however, (untested) seem to match your query.
If life is too short for personally learning the arcane sorcery of DACL permissions (they're actually kinda fun once you make friends with them), there are many 3rd-party utilities all claiming to provide different layers of passwords and/or protections to selected folders, etc, etc, etc. Never having used any myself, I can't vouch for one; I always found it easier to just use a Rottweiler combined with my own sour demeanour and a targeted threat of dire tickling.
