has anyone used the linksys system for networking two computers and do you have any help on how to get the 2 to network? If one is not recognizing the card that was installed and now all i get on one computer is driver missing and it will only run in a safe mode?

Linksys makes good components. Are you using a hub or is it a direct connection? The connection cables are wired different depending on whether or not a hub is used so you need to make sure that you have the correct wiring setup. It sounds like you may have installed the network drivers incorrectly. If so, you will most likely need to delete the configuration files before you can reinstall the software. Software issues vary with each manufacture and card. Linksys offers free telephone support and it looks like you are going to need it to get things working.
