WinRAR x64 Released

For those interested, WinRAR has finally released a x64 version 3.90 (it is technically a beta 1, but they tend to use the term 'beta' in the same sense as Google does, id est, "stable, works, and we're not likely to change it for awhile".)

Apparently fixes some Windows 7 shell integration difficulties, etc, and is now fully multi-core compliant.  Full changelog here and polylingual download here.

I might suggest uninstalling the x86 version first (the new one shifts appropriately to the \Program Files (x64) directory), else you'll end up with two identical installs in the Windows programme list, which is, shall we say, unhelpful.

I bought a 64bit Laptop couple of months ago, but the the was no 64 bit version of Winrar for those pc so i had to install the older 32 bit Winrar, it was not working good. I just saw this post and i downloaded it and now it is running pretty smoothly.
