Microsoft took away certain taskbar functionality in Win7

Hi.

In Win7 Microsoft seems to have taken away the ability to keep the taskbar under other windows. For me this is a real pain. And I hate that autohide crap; nothing more irritating. This is functionality that Already Existed in prior versions of windows and why they'd go out of their way to take it out is beyond me.

If Anyone knows of any fixes that they've tried for a while and doesn't screw up the system or cause other random weird behaviour , please let me know.
