If I try COPY+PASTE in the same directoty, I get a message bellow:
---------------------------
xplorer²
---------------------------
C:\VSS\somefile.asp Target cannot be identical to source name
---------------------------
OK Cancel
---------------------------
I don't belive that, disabled copy+paste?
Nikos, again the old thema about do not overwrite our mind
Ok, a few people have been bitten from that... but what is with another people?
If you add a new registry entry like : ENABLE_COPY_PASTE_IN_THE_SAME_DIRECTORY=TRUE/FALSE
copy/paste wasn't disabled of course, it got "upgraded"
now paste uses the robust transfer
the downside is you can't get the quick ctrl+C/V combo
a minor training course will be required
ps a few translations are already available for .95
if you download the latest beta from the website it contains DLLs for the following languages: german, spanish, italian and bulgarian. These are beta too, so keep an eye open for problemos, thanks!

exactly this is the problem, I use xplorer² Professional because I like to do operations quickly. And now I need the training for copy+paste, that is not quickly. Is here any sense?
ALT+E,D is faster than CTRL+C/V in that it is only three keystrokes while CTRL+C/V is four keystrokes. So for every three copy/pastes (in the same directory) using CTRL+C/V, you get four copy/pastes using ALT+E,D.
Four duplications in the time of three! Surely this is a worthwhile upgrade.
