More enhancement requests

I have a couple ideas that I would like for you to consider adding to x2.

1)  A way to add my x2 User commands to context menus.

2) Allow a sizable control that has the same functionality as the address bar to be added to a toolbar.  (save a little screen space)

3) Save settings for x2 if the shift key is held down when x2 is exited. (Like Windows Explorer did a bunch of versions ago).  I prefer to not have it always save settings on exit, so I keep that setting off.
