Favorites file list and Upper Case Lower Case - New feature request

Hello

I have here a request for two new features:

*Is there a way to make the "Folder Bookmark" feature (that
you have in 2xExplorer) to something like "File Bookmark" at
the Editor2 ?

*Converting selected text to upper case and lower case.

which "persuasion course" was it that you took anyway?
