No information about the creators at all. No contact address (e-mail or anything else). No information about the release date. But ...

Full support for the latest Windows Operating Systems XP and 2003.

(Surely I personally don't miss Vista and Vista 2, but we are short before the year 2010.)
BTW: Even Google does not know anything about that thingy, the only results are about a glider airplane.
