problem sorting by number

I was having problems sorting files by names that start with numbers, so I installed the latest version but it's still no go.

I have the files numbered in the order that they will be printed 0-16 and they line up in that order in windows explorer.
Also, in win explorer 00 comes before 0_

This is what it looks like.
