Hi,
I'm new to xplorer2 pro and learning my way around. Can anyone tell me if there's a way to place an xplorer shortcut on a desktop (Win7 Ent) so that when I double-click the shortcut, xplorer opens with that specific directory open in the right pane?

Re: open to a directory with a shortcut?
I do not think you can only specify the right/bottom folder but you can copy an existing x2 shortcut (from the start menu?), then copy it to the desktop, then show properties on the new shortcut and add the left and right paths to the target field
for example:
D:\tools\x2_ultimate\xplorer2_64.exe C:\ "D:\some folder\with spaces"
x2 would open with C:\ in the left/top pane and D:\some... in the right/bottom
the folders are positional parameters so I do not think you can specify the right folder without also specifying the left
for example:
D:\tools\x2_ultimate\xplorer2_64.exe C:\ "D:\some folder\with spaces"
x2 would open with C:\ in the left/top pane and D:\some... in the right/bottom
the folders are positional parameters so I do not think you can specify the right folder without also specifying the left
