when copy/move files/folders, the confirm file replace dialog always go to hidden in background.

I have to switch to some windows and switch back to the xplorer2 to see the confirm dialogs.

it works ok on my windows 10. Is yours windows 7? which xplorer2 version are you running?
you can also try using robust copy (F5 key) that should work better than windows drag-drop
