Size column decimal places?

Post by unbob »

After I upgraded to v5.1.0.3 x64 I noticed that the size column now shows 3 decimal places for file size.

Previously it was 2 decimal places.

The problem is I can't find any way to change the decimal places desired - after perusing all x2 options.

Surely, I'm missing something. Can someone enlighten me? TIA

Update: Yup, there's a way to do this - I just can't find it!!

"Customizable user interface
There are plenty of adjustable options to bring xplorer² in line with your needs and tastes, from how many panels you see, which commands appear on toolbars, all the way to how many decimal points you want for file sizes and toolbar skins. You can arrange the user interface to be as simple or as complex as you like."

Is "Floating point digits - How many decimals to show for compressed mode size, e.g. 1.01kb vs 1.006kb." in the advanced settings what you want?

I display file size in bytes. I've just checked my setting, it's 1, and if I change the display to kB/MB/GB it displays 1 decimal place.

Yes! That's it! Thanks amigo.

Actually, I had seen 'Floating point digits' earlier but since "file" and/or "size" wasn't mentioned it just didn't register in my mind - my bad.

Good to go now.
