is this some windows 11 thingy? I don't have the command in windows 10
anyway, if you want to open with commands, you can use a user command in xplorer2 (CUSTOMIZE menu)

sorry i am not explaining well. when in xplorer pro and i use the right click menu on a .jpg and choose "open with" is when i get the error. However i tried this on another pc and i did not get the error. Soooo it has to be something with my pc and not xplorer pro. so i will consider this closed out.

Sorry for the fuss
