search for exact phrase

I often want to search for an exact phrase in blog posts.

For example I want to search for the file tag "content created". No matter how I put that phrase, with or without quotes, the result is of posts that contain both words but not necessarily as the exact phrase... This is quite a common issue.

Is there a workaround?
