Disable prompt to include inactive pane?

x2 Pro 5.4.0.2.

I highlight some folders and click the "duplicates" button on the main screen, a scrap pane opens up with the prompt "Do you want to include the inactive pane too?".

I would like to turn this prompt off, is it possible? I looked through options and advanced options and missed finding.

sorry this cannot be disabled. You can turn off the dual pane mode if it is too annoying to you (but it's there to help)

Or, at least to make it an option to make the setting (either yes or no) permanent so those of us who still want to see it every time we do a quick and dirty dupe check from inside X² we can still see it?
