That being said, I can't answer this definitively, simply because I've never filled-out a PDF-"form" in my life, so I don't know the expected behaviour of simple input fields.

How is it possible that I'm the only Sapien that does .gov online ?, and from my hammock, and here I thought I was behind the times..

If you only want to view PDF files as if they were images, you might also try GNU Emacs ...
