Re: autofilter order and other stuff

Me too I would like to see that. Easier to find what we looking for.

Yes (for I can see). It seems the groups I created some times ago (before this version) are still there and work.

Well, it's even worst. I cannot make it work. I tried to create a simple custom group based on name (*agla*) and the group does not show.

(sorry for this, you did understood I did not create custom groups before... Just a mistake).

custom groups don't work in list view mode, you must be in eg details. Otherwise get wink or something similar and show me what you are doing. As far as i can tell groups work fine

It would be nice to have a refresh command in the pane context menu.

Frizzle, as you have been known to already use the excellent FileMenu Tools utility, you can approximate this with a little imagination.

When creating a custom FileMenu Tools command option, just target the MenuHack.exe (which you probably already have) as the "Run Program" item, and use "59395" as the "Arguments" parameter (which is Ctrl-R to you and me).  For cleanliness, disable the "Element Types" item for files, only allowing folders and drives, so the context entry only shows up in some menus not all of them.

Then, you'll note, the new Refresh command will show up under the "Explorer" submenu part of x2's pane context menu:

P.S. @narayan: Vanessa didn't forget the goatee this time.

She, being a cultured young lady, would refer to them as "serviettes", thank you very much, not "napkins".  With some luck, she will not grow up in America to speak with their barbarian tongue of quaint linen objects.  A lady of hand-gilden lace, chamois chique, and only the best in seasonal déguisement, is she, much to Nikos' regretfully lightened billfold.

And after all, aren't all daughters naïve enough to think their fathers saintly, respectable, and upstanding?  It's only later in life that they begin to piece together the meaning of all those holidays in Rotterdam's lesser-known rossebuurt, and how wonderful the 14th century architecture actually is, and what else is known to lighten billfolds.
