appologies that this has turned into problem solving rather than suggestion idea ....
steps [1] to [5] above are the screen actions which I took. Trying to follow the instructions suggested earlier. I didn't actually se CTRL+F find files.
I sometimes get an error message saying 'some items inaccessible'.
I can force this error when open a saved folder group.but have failed to determine what items are causing the message.
