Hello Nikos,
Maybe this has been reported earlier and maybe you're already fixing it, but just to be safe, I thought I'd report it anyway.
When I go into the network neighbourhood from the desktop folder, I get debug assertions on some of the network locations. I've sent the dbmon output to you via pm.
I think it has to do with autorisation, because it all concerns links to network locations which I have had in the past. Now the link to the same location exist through another share (e.g. first via \\server.interpolis.nl\path and now via \\server\path). I know that windows XP doesn't allow you to connect to the same server with different credentials (at least, not on our network). So if you have connected to server X with some user credentials and try to connect to server X again with different credentials, acces is denied.
Can you make sense of this?
