Folder size wrong on optical discs

For optical discs (4.7 Gb cdrs I have burned photos and documents onto), the folder sizes displayed for top-level folders are completely wrong i.e. 1 or 2 orders of magnitude too small. Folder sizes for folders lower than the top level are correct.
