When I use Address bar: Filter-Filter, even i had selected some files (previous action)
it will filter out only files which depend on conditon I entered

but

When I use Address bar: Filter-Select, i had selected some files (previous action)
It will select out files which depend on conditon I entered
but also seltect previous action files,
These selects are perplexing to me
becasue they are not meet the conditon

can let Filter-Select the same as Filter-Filter only select meeted conditon files ?

I just tried it, and if you use the filetbox to do SELECTION, then any old selection is deselected, and the only files that remain selected are those that match the filter text you just typed

in this example, file {usb_analog.fsdb.1 } still be selected

I hope {usb_analog.fsdb.1} will be deselected, because it doesn't match the *.log

sorry about the "fillet", I meant filterbox
now I see the problem is you type *.log and this behaves differently. YOu don't need the *, it is implied, just type .LOG and it will behave like you want it

as for the other problem, it could be because xplorer2 lite is 32 bit, did you try the professional version? Does that work?
