2x Explorer says bye bye without being invited to do so

Hi Nick et al.,

I am using 2x Explorer Build 1.4.1.12 on Windows XP and 98.

On Win XP, I have noticed 4-5 times over the last week a strange behaviour: 2x closes without any previous warning... it's just gone! This happens, apparently, when I drag a file from a pane to a folder on the same pane.

This is harmless but nonetheless I am puzzled about it. Has anybody else observed this?

Another old little problem: Under Win 98 Control J (toggle filter) doesn't work.

Did You define one,see message at bottom of the window.

Yes, I did define filters. The Control J bug is pretty old.

I do this once and a while with no problems,but usually have equal panes and use cut or copy and paste in the other pane.Thats the beauty of 2x and why i use it.
