Just installed 5.1.0.0, toolbar mode (not ribbon).
During customize toolbar, all new icons being added show up with label "Drive".
Once customizing is completed, the correct labels appear.

this is a long term buglet since ... the first time toolbar customization was added
if everything else gets straightened out, I will sort it out too, one day

Yep I reported it long ago on the old forum as well.
