Using 3.5.0.2 - I know I can swap panes with Ctrl-U (<Ctrl+U>: Mutually exchange the contents of the two panes [32869]) but how can I duplicate one pane to the other?

Where can I find a list of keyboard shortcuts?

Try Ctrl+I to duplicate one pane to the other.
Click Customize | Clipboard Use… to get a list of the current keyboard shortcuts. Right-click the list and choose Select All, then Copy.
