When snapping the window to the side and then resizing the window horizontally or vertically with the mouse, we are unable to scroll the window with the mouse wheel and there is no scrollbar, even though the window has enough content to be scrollable. As a workaround, we have to resize the window diagonally. A very inconvenient bug, please fix soon.
