"Copy to" - Folder Exclusion ?

How to filter out/exclude folders - say - "cvs" and "test" - when copying "C:\sandbox" to "D:\sandbox" ?

use filter > DEFINE button in copy dialog (F5 key) and add a rule on PATH column that excludes what you don't like eg
\cvs\ , \test\
add the rule negative using NOT boolean context
