Search for empty folders contains non-empty result

I use "find" to get a list last folders in path that is empty. Today a file was included in the results?

Ctrl-F
clear button
uncheck "files"
in additional rules, contents[s] value from 0 to 0
OK

Got my expected list of empty folders, but also an item called "recent items" (came from another machine) that is not empty. I don't think it belongs in the results?

Just ran another search this time using Folder Statistics empty files action.

One of the results that came back is a directory with 650+G in it. FYI.

when you browse the parent of this "recent items" folder, what does its CONTENTS column show?

Sorry, in subsequent cleaning pass I forgot to confirm no erroneous results and I deleted that file. This is the only other screenshot I took, in case it is of any help.

I do have another non-empty file appearing in a search for last empty folder, it's parent shows the same size. Hopefully it yields a clue:

You say you have the latest version right? Does it say so in HELP > ABOUT menu? (5.402)
I tried a folder statistics on the entire C:\ drive, and it found many empty folders, none of them mistaken

do you have "follow junctions" enabled? (treated as normal folders)
See your ADVANCED OPTIONS (search for "junctions")

The advanced option "treat folder junctions as normal folders for recursive commands (e.g. search)" is not marked.

Just to add, both non-empty files are involved in very long directory and pathnames. I have posted here in the past my problems processing these with X2. Sometimes X2 handles, other times can't find the path (ex: robust delete). a repeat attempt may or may not work. I don't believe any of these directories and paths exceed the NTFS limits for long pathnames, none that I have spot checked anyway. And windows native cut/copy/delete commands work fine.
