copy to... Overwrite if newer and DST

When copying from NTFS to FAT32 (i.e. from HD to Flash Drive) or vice-versa, it would be nice if the "Overwrite if newer" could have some additional options. One possible option:
  • Detect if the FAT32 timestamp is EXACTLY 1 hour (+/- TBD seconds) older or newer and compare content and flag is indeterminate if different
I realize there are many complexities with DST and timezones in Windows. For simplicity, it might be safe to assume that all timestamps are in the same timezone. If not, then the delta could be more than 1 hour (likely still in 1 hour increments).

I was going to add such an option but the copy options dialog is already too busy!
For single folders you can use syncrhonize command (Sync Wizard) which has a control to ignore time differences
or you can use sync-touch menu command to realign file times, if you are sure the files are identical

try the new help, and search for DST, you will find both these solutions
