Oy!
I still use Total Commander for certain tasks (copying large folder structures at work), and I won't be 50 anytime soon.
Old people use the Explorer and keep getting lost in it. Source: Me having watched old people using a computer.

Xplorer2 is my daily driver but TC can browse FTP and ADB (Android) natively with WFX plugins. That's a huge advantage for me.

there are ways to sftp with xplorer2 too (
www.zabkat.com/blog/sftp-extension.htm) but I use winscp

Packed with unique timesaving features like spreadsheet property change
Only now did I find about this, which was introduced below.

Another thing I found out is that the spreadsheet mode option (
Tools > Options... > Advanced) is dependent on the double-click renaming option (
Tools > Options... > View panes). When the double-click renaming is turned
off, the spreadsheet mode is automatically turned
off.
Personally, I always turn off renaming from mouse
