nConsoleMaxChars

Post by jimspoon »

I noticed that a long output from a command was getting truncated. I changed nConsoleMaxChars, I forgot what the default was ... around 32K I think. I just changed it to 256K - 4000 hex. Will that have any adverse effects?

I have an idea that it would be useful for a console to save both command lines and the output from those commands, and to make both easy to retrieve.

the console commands are not saved because those issued from x2 in the first place are
