I have been trying out several of the explorer replacements that are out there. I have been using xplorer2 for most of the things that I need, but was having trouble with the dual pane style when I needed to use it, it wasn't displaying the icons right.

But, I have to say, this new version is blowing everything else out of the water. I tried it out for about 15 minutes and I bought it and uninstalled everything else that I was trying out.

In the second pane, it wouldn't display the icons or the file names either when I had it in a certain pane style, ie details, list, small icons, or large icons. I believe it was the details style that I was having trouble with. But, no problems with the new program. Loads very fast, smooth, works great so far.
